Heidi has been with Wells Fargo Advisors/Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network since 2007 and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) designation, conferred by the College for Financial Planning after completing rigorous coursework, examinations, and a commitment to ethical standards. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Ethics, History, and Public Policy and her Master’s degree in Health Care Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Heidi also holds her Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as licenses for life, health, and variable annuities.

Her areas of specialization include investment planning, asset allocation and diversification, retirement planning and retirement income distribution, and professional portfolio management. She offers guidance on a range of financial products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities, as well as Roth IRAs, Traditional IRAs, and small business retirement plans. Heidi also has experience in oil and gas lease and royalty planning and enjoys hosting educational seminars for women investors.

A lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley and a native of St Clairsville, Heidi lives in St. Clairsville with her husband, Steve, and their energetic yellow lab, Lilly. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, studying foreign languages, jazzercise, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

A native of St. Clairsville, Ohio, Haley Cook brings over 15 years of exceptional customer service experience to her role as a Client Associate. She studied at West Virginia Northern Community College and has built a career centered on professionalism, reliability, and client satisfaction. Haley takes pride in providing thoughtful support to both clients and colleagues, helping to ensure that every interaction reflects efficiency, integrity, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and discovering new coffee shops. Her warm, approachable nature and strong commitment to service make her a valued part of the team and a trusted resource for clients.
